  • Dr. Gehyigon-Wallace is a distinguished board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is not only a dedicated mental health expert, but also a strong advocate for Integrative Health. As a board-certified practitioner, Dr. Gehyigon-Wallace’s expertise extends

    to diagnosing, treating, and prescribing for a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, Mood Disorders, Addiction Medicine,Prenatal and Postnatal Mental Health, as well as Child and Adolescent Mental Health, all while seamlessly integrating principles of Integrative Health into her practice. Dr. Gehyigon-Wallace has expertly delivered

    care to diverse patient populations for over 15 years in a wide array of essential health care settings. Her experience spans settings such as outpatient clinics, schools, community mental health centers, private practice, substance abuse treatment centers, among others. Her holistic approach combines conventional psychiatric care with complementary therapies promoting a balanced and patient-centered approach to mental health. Dr. Gehyigon-Wallace’s mission is to understand each patient’s unique symptoms, background, environmental stressors, as well as strengths with unwavering compassion and patience, embracing the power of Integrative Health to foster overall well-being. She holds an DNP from Frontier Nursing University, a MSN from Jacksonville University, and a BNS, St. Catherine University.

  • Arti Prasad MD, FACP, ABOIM, is the new Chief Strategic Development Officer at Hennepin Healthcare. She is a Professor of Internal Medicine at University of Minnesota, Clinical Professor of Medicine at University of New Mexico, an adjunct Professor in the College of Integrative Medicine at Maharishi International University (MIU), is board certified in Internal Medicine and Integrative Medicine and is the founding board member of the American Board of Integrative Medicine. She had provided over 22 years of continuous service to University of New Mexico (UNM) before joining in August 2017, the Hennepin Healthcare System (HHS) as an Endowed Chair of Medicine. Dr. Prasad, during her five-year tenure, was the first immigrant woman of color nationwide as a department chair of Internal Medicine with expertise in primary care, preventive, integrative and community engagement, in an academic organization.

    The most important and fulfilling aspect of Dr. Prasad’s career is to provide person-centered and compassionate care to her patients, creating new and expanding existing programs, fund-raising, and mentoring and coaching faculty, colleagues, staff, residents, and students, and in reducing physician-burnout. She created a first-of-its-kind division in any department of medicine nationwide, the ‘Division of Person-Centered and Culturally-Inspired Integrative Health.’ With the inclusion of integrative health programming, she has helped reform two clinical programs at HHS – Pain management and Bariatrics - the latter now called the Comprehensive Weight Management Center. She practices integrative oncology at the HHS’s cancer center. Dr. Prasad is the PI for several state funded grants and is working with her team on state-wide non-pharmacological and integrative pain management to address the opioid crisis. She is the executive sponsor and provides oversight for HHS’s Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes), funded by the state legislature.

    Dr. Prasad serves serve as an HHS Board of Trustee and is a member of the HHS’s board’s quality subcommittee. She also serves as a board member of ‘Pathways,’ a local non-profit organization that provides free complementary and integrative medicine service to people in need.

  • Ericka Jones is a highly experienced professional with over twenty years of expertise in global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) leadership. She has held significant positions at renowned companies such as General Motors, Cargill, Target, and Abercrombie & Fitch. In these roles, Ericka has worked closely with business leaders at all levels to collaboratively develop and implement DEI strategies. Her focus is on coaching individuals to cultivate inclusive and intercultural leadership competencies.

    Ericka also partners with organizations to enhance their climate and culture by integrating DEI tactics into their business objectives, thereby driving diverse and equitable outcomes. Her vast experience and knowledge in the field make her a valuable asset in creating sustainable and impactful DEI initiatives.

    Additionally, Ericka holds the qualification of a Qualified Administrator of the International Development Inventory (IDI). This certification showcases her expertise in using the IDI tool to assess and analyze intercultural competence in individuals and organizations. By leveraging this assessment, Ericka can provide valuable insights and guidance to enhance intercultural effectiveness.

    In her involvement with various organizations, Ericka has served as a Lululemon ambassador advisory board member and Lululemon ambassador. She is also on the North Loop Board Association and serves as a DEI Advisor for Alpha Chi Omega in Lincoln, NE. Furthermore, she contributes as a facilitator for Alpha Chi Omega Kaleidoscope, an initiative related to DEI.

    Beyond her professional work in DEI, Ericka is passionate about yoga and meditation. She teaches yoga and meditation, using her skills to promote holistic well-being. As the founder of Yoga Coalition, she aims to empower yoga studios by offering a module training curriculum focused on conscious inclusivity, equity, and diversity. Through this initiative, she strives to create an environment where everyone feels welcome and represented in yoga spaces.

    Ericka pursued her education at the University of Oklahoma, where she earned a master's degree in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Strategic Impact. She also holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska.

  • Catherine Duncan, MA, BCC, is passionate about whole-person healing. Her focus as an integrative spiritual consultant is emotional and spiritual health. With a reverence for the sacredness of life, she companions individuals who are struggling with chronic illness, life transitions, or grief and loss, and those searching for more meaning and purpose.

    She sees clients through her own private practice, Learning to Live, LLC, and as a consultant with Minnesota Personalized Medicine, an integrative medical practice in Minneapolis.

    In her work, she draws on her experience as a board-certified chaplain and certified spiritual director; her education in Positive Neuroplasticity Training with Rick Hanson, PhD; and her training in a range of alternative healing modalities, including reiki, Healing Touch, qigong, the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)/tapping, and sound healing.

    As a public speaker, she frequently delivers talks on stress and resiliency, self-compassion, self-care, neuroplasticity, and awakening to organizations and companies throughout the Twin Cities. Her writing is featured on the website for the University of Minnesota’s Earl E. Bakken Center for Spirituality and Healing and in the textbook Integrative Medicine by David Rakel, MD (5th edition, Elsevier, May 2022).

    Catherine has served as a spiritual care provider with Fairview Home Care and Hospice, Hennepin Healthcare, and the Good Samaritan Society. An ordained minister with the United Church of Christ, she received her master of arts in theology and her spiritual direction certificate from St. Catherine University (St Paul, MN) She also holds a master of divinity equivalency from United Theological Seminary (New Brighton, MN).

    In addition to her deep professional background, Catherine teaches from her three personal awakening experiences, including a brush with death that opened her gifts as a mystic and intuitive. Her first book, Everyday Awakening - Five Practices for Living Fully, Feeling Deeply, and Coming into Your Heart and Soul is available today for pre-order and releases July 11, 2023.
